These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients, candidates, and partners engaging with Manpower and Technologies cosultancy services for manpower consultancy, recruitment, and technology-related services. By using our website or availing our services, you agree to comply with the following:
We provide manpower consultancy, recruitment assistance, outsourcing, IT consultancy, software development, and related services. The scope of each service will be defined in a formal proposal, agreement, or contract with the client.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding requirements, roles, job descriptions, project details, and timelines. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may impact service delivery.
All payments must be made through approved methods such as Razorpay or direct bank transfer. Invoices are payable as per agreed payment terms. Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
Our role in recruitment is limited to sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates. The final hiring decision rests with the client. We are not liable for employment-related disputes once a candidate joins the client organization.
For IT consultancy and development services, project deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be outlined in the contract. Intellectual property rights transfer to the client only after full payment is received.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information including business strategies, client data, candidate details, and proprietary information.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service under dispute.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per contract terms. Fees for services already rendered remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
