are delivered to clients and candidates.
1. Manpower & Recruitment Services
- Candidate profiles are shared with clients within agreed timelines after receiving clear requirements.
- Interviews, screening, and background verification (if applicable) are facilitated as per the agreed scope.
- Candidate onboarding and follow-ups are supported within the guarantee/replacement period defined in the contract.
2. IT Consultancy & Technology Services
- Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined in the proposal/contract before the start of work.
- Services may include software development, automation, outsourcing, or consulting, delivered via secure online platforms or in-person sessions (as agreed).
- Progress updates are shared periodically with the client to ensure transparency.
3. Digital Deliverables
- Reports, project documentation, and software builds are delivered electronically via email, secure links, or client portals.
- Access credentials, licenses, or digital tools are shared only after full or milestone-based payment.
4. Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the project, availability of resources, and client responsiveness.
Delays caused by incomplete requirements or late approvals from clients may impact agreed timelines.
5. Non-Delivery
In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly,
and remedies (rescheduling, replacement, or refunds as per our Refund Policy) will be offered.
