Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Manpower and Technologies cosultancy services, we value transparency in all business dealings.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for manpower consultancy,
recruitment, outsourcing, IT consultancy, and software development services.
1. Manpower & Recruitment Services
- Service fees paid for recruitment and placement services are non-refundable once candidate profiles have been shared with the client.
- If a candidate leaves within a guaranteed replacement period (as per contract), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, wherever applicable.
2. IT Consultancy & Technology Services
- Payments made for consultancy, development, or outsourcing projects are tied to project milestones.
- If cancellation is requested before the start of a project/milestone, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.
- Once a milestone has started or deliverables are shared, the associated payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Digital Deliverables
Since software, reports, and digital products are intangible, refunds cannot be processed once deliverables have been provided.
4. Cancellation Requests
- Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing to our official email address.
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, bank transfer).
5. Exceptions
- No refunds are provided for change of mind after services have commenced.
- Advance payments for manpower outsourcing contracts are non-refundable.
- Any dispute regarding refunds will be resolved as per the governing laws of India.
